Do you love kirtan & chanting ? So do I. Join me and share your vibration. We are hosting a chanting circle on the last Sunday of Feb from 1-2 followed by a veg pot luck. No talent needed. Share you voice and enjoy some good conversation & food. Do you lead chanting circles or someone who does? Ask them to join us and form a new community, make new friends. We ask for a $10 donation per person to cover costs.
Want to deepen your practice without advancing into difficult postures? Free style or freedom style yoga can bring true awareness into your yoga posture. Join me for some light guidance to bring those who are new to yoga into the stages of a pose, then allow your body to guide you further as you deepen the posture. Those who practice may join in or have a free style practice of their own. The yoga part will last about 1hr followed by 1 hr of chanting and 45 min-1hr of conversation, sharing and a veg ~ vegan pot luck. Hope to share with you there.
