Do you know someone who is a full time caregiver? If you do I am holding a special class on Feb 26th by donation to anyone who is taking care of someone ill or disabled. This class is a relaxing gentle class intended to help ease some of the stress being a caregiver can bring. Bringing the community together and providing some nurturing to those who nurture. Help me, help them, bring in a caregiver you know. 1-2pm *We will also be holding a free crystal bowl meditation ~ healing circle soon for those with cancer.

On one Saturday each May, the Forest sponsors a work day promoting volunteerism and taking pride in Americas public lands. 2009 was the 23rd year this popular volunteer event has been held A variety of projects are set up and volunteers are provided free camping at the Hardin Ridge Recreation Area, a choice of projects, a free cookout at the end of the day, and prizes for everyone who participates.
